It seems that everybody is doing it. I enjoy trying to make artful looking pictures of the things I eat, and I need to start eating better, so I'm going to try to photograph EVERYTHING I eat, from a handful of peanuts to a full meal, in the hope that it will help me control my eating. I'm hoping that the commitment to photograph everything will give me the desire for greater variety in my foods...and to cut back on the snacks.

The one meal day
Cheerios for breakfast. I had a couple of days of some intestinal "unsettling," so I stopped taking regular pictures until I got the stomach thing under control.
