This was pork chops, spinach and potatoes, but even though I ended up cooking the potatoes twice as long as the recipe called for, they still were pretty crunchy, so I only ate a couple of slices (I'll microwave them tomorrow to soften them up).
It seems that everybody is doing it. I enjoy trying to make artful looking pictures of the things I eat, and I need to start eating better, so I'm going to try to photograph EVERYTHING I eat, from a handful of peanuts to a full meal, in the hope that it will help me control my eating. I'm hoping that the commitment to photograph everything will give me the desire for greater variety in my foods...and to cut back on the snacks.
