It seems that everybody is doing it. I enjoy trying to make artful looking pictures of the things I eat, and I need to start eating better, so I'm going to try to photograph EVERYTHING I eat, from a handful of peanuts to a full meal, in the hope that it will help me control my eating. I'm hoping that the commitment to photograph everything will give me the desire for greater variety in my foods...and to cut back on the snacks.

Snacks for today were some leftover mashed potatoes and a spoon full of peanut butter (not at the same time, of course!). Some day I will learn to actually like itty bitty carrot sticks.
