The best reason to have leg of lamb for dinner is so you can have lamb sandwiches the next day. For me, it has to be on white bread and it has to be with Best Foods (or Hellman's east of the Rockies) mayonnaise, salt, and nothing else. I'm also not a big fan of V-8 juice, but I do like the spicy hot kind.
