I stopped by our local Crepeville and had a Caprese salad. I ate a lot of Caprese salads in France, but I never got served one with a huge hunka basil on top of it (that huge green thing on top of the tomato on the left), like this one. It didn't add flavor, it was just there. I set it aside and just ate the salad and foccacia bread.
