Leg of Lamb

OK--I got a little heavy-handed with the butter on the garlic mashed potatoes, but the lamb was delicious and at least the artichoke is green. I always put cloves of garlic in my leg of lamb and rarely serve it with mint jelly and--bad me--I love the crispy fat on slices of hot lamb!
